Our client is searching for a visionary leader to spearhead their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. As the Head of Risk and Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding their organisation's success by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating insurance risks across all facets of the business.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record of building and implementing robust insurance frameworks.
- An expert in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and control strategies.
- Experience at managing insurance portfolios
- A skilled communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership across all departments.
- A passionate advocate for fostering a proactive risk management culture throughout the organisation.
- Experience within insurance regulations a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide ERM program.
- Manage insurance policy
- Partner with business unit leaders to identify and assess key strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Manage renewals.
- Manage the group insurance portfolio and place/renew insurance policies for the Group
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls to minimise potential losses.
- Oversee risk reporting activities and ensure clear and concise communication of risk information to senior management.
- Manage relationships with brokers.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and ownership throughout the organisation.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in ERM.
