Job Title: Contracts Manager - Construction Sector

Location: North West and Yorkshire region

Salary: £65,000+ per annum plus Car Allowance

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

I am representing a contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects within the commercial office sector and assisted living facilities. The successful candidate will manage project values ranging from £200K to £6M and will be responsible for 2-3 projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of contract works across various sites.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients and design teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience at a Contracts Manager level.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial office fit-outs and assisted living construction projects.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee projects within the designated regions.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
