Lettings Manager
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5:30pm with 5pm finish on Fridays. Working 1 in 4 Saturdays 10-4pm with a day off the following week.
The primary aim of the Lettings Manager is to influence a result through effective team management, action planning & delivery of the plan.
Main duties of the Lettings Manager
?Managing and motivating the Lettings team
?Supporting the team in achieving/ exceeding set KPI's
?Helping drive the business forward
?Staff training and development
?Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's & meetings
?Upkeeping team morale to encourage top performance
?Marketing
Requirements of the Lettings Manager:
?Experience in a Senior Lettings role
?Excellent leadership skills
?Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
?Ability to create and action business plans
