Just Life Sciences are working with an Award winning and Innovative Pharma company who are looking to grow substantially with the addition of specialist Process Chemists ranging from those who have at least 4 years experience to those with 15 years plus.
You will be responsible for you own area of work and have a passion for Science and improvements in Drug Discovery.
As a Process Chemist you will be delivering on practical projects in the laboratory and chemistry programmes to cost, quality and time demands.
Bringing scientific excellence to the research and development of new processes for our customers. You will be taking personal responsibility for the quality, integrity, communication and delivery of science on your projects.
You will be capable of thinking creatively, keen on challenging new experiences and making decisions with integrity to support the business, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Background
- A PhD in chemistry and/or significant industry experience
- Detailed understanding of organic synthesis, scale-up and process chemistry
- Expertise in the use of practical synthetic chemistry techniques
