For this role my client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 5PQE and is wanting a leadership role in the future. This role is acting for a variety of private clients, development companies, organisations and individuals. They are looking for someone who specialises in all matters of commercial property such as sales and purchases, commercial leases, acting for either landlord or tenant, acquiring development sites including option agreements and conditional contracts, refinancing and also planning agreements.
