Events Coordinator - Henley (Hybrid) - Perm - up to £35K

Luxury retail brand are looking for a dynamic Events Coordinator to join a growing team.

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion event coordination/ event management ? This multifaceted role will provide essential support to our Marketing department, focusing on planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events, including product launches, trade shows, and more.

Oversee event logistics, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.

Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, maintain marketing assets, and ensure consistent brand implementation across all channels.

Brand Ambassador: Reflect our brand's image and standards in all activities and materials, while staying informed on industry trends to enhance our marketing strategies.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination / event management

Skills: Strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules demand.

Driving License: A valid UK Driving License is required, experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
