This is what our client said to us as we took the brief for this role last week. This business are a small, family-run construction firm based in Blackburn who are looking for a bookkeeper to join their team in a newly created role.
With regards to your daily duties, you'll be involved with Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control for the business, as well as getting involved with general office and administration duties.
We're looking for someone who has experience working within finance and would like to work in a small close-knit team.
Salary-wise, they are looking to pay up to £28k for this role. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm but these are flexible, we could also consider someone who wants to do 4 / 5 shorter days.
