SSAS (Pension) Account Manager
Hybrid or Office based in Wimbledon or London (our ref AL1130B)
Salary £24,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + benefits
My clients are dedicated to providing personalised and proactive administration and professional trustee services for Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS). Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a number of SSAS Account Managers to join their team, either based in their Leicester office with some home working (hybrid) or fully remote based across the UK. We regret we cannot consider application from individuals who have not previously administered pension schemes, specifically either SSAS or SIPP Schemes.
Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for providing a quality service to both clients and their advisers and will carry out the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of SSAS' s dealing with all aspects of their
administration including:
- Establishment/takeover
- Contributions and transfers in and out
- Investment transactions
- Benefit calculations and payment
- Property purchases and sales
The Person:
The job holder should ideally have experience of SSAS administration and demonstrate the following core competencies:
- Good personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload
- Previous experience administering pension schemes, specifically SSAS or SIPP Schemes
- Proactive, enthusiastic and driven approach
- Works well under pressure maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work to prescribed deadlines
- Clear & concise communication skills at all levels
- A positive attitude to client care
