About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring a seamless user experience that is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
  • Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate and attractive product descriptions and images, and strategically placing promotions and featured products on the website.
  • Monitor online inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and use inventory management systems to ensure stock availability and minimise stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Understand sales performance; identify any seasonal patterns, top performers, and underperforming products.
  • Optimise and adjust site pricing based on weekly sales data.
  • Manage price changes across the site during sale periods and carry out regular checks to ensure all product data is accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with in-house creative and key stakeholders to ensure all specific online products are launched on time and with appropriate content/messaging, using responsive design for optimal performance across devices.
  • Provide regular reports against agreed KPIs and use findings to make improvements on identified metrics.
  • Implement a testing framework to monitor all site changes to minimise risk and improve user experience and revenue.
  • Spend regular time optimising paid-for apps and work closely with external suppliers to ensure optimal site performance across product upsell, cross-sell, and data collection.
  • Use insights, data analysis, tool reviews, and industry reading to put forward regular recommendations to improve site performance and drive revenue.
  • Ensure subscription products are all available, up to date, and have good presence across the site.
  • Line manage junior team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, ideally Shopify Plus, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to capitalise on commercial opportunities to generate more sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset to develop and implement innovative ecommerce strategies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of ecommerce management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify effective solutions.
