We are thrilled to partner our client, a fast growing and innovative business, with an outstanding culture, lived values, and where people are at the heart and centre of the continued success. We're looking for someone who is commercial, super organised with a positive attitude and a true team player.

This is a newly created role and sits on the Leadership Team. Reporting to the People & Culture Director who focus on strategic planning and leadership, this role

will focus on shaping and embedding the People Strategy and leading the People team.

What's involved

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships. Understand each part of the business, working closely with leaders to align business goals with the people strategy.
  • Work closely with the talent development team to launch the early career programs, career pathways, and development plans.
  • Lead the workforce and talent planning process and regularly update succession plans for key roles.
  • Manage operational HR work from restructures and absence management to policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Analyse people data, track key metrics and trends, and use people analytics to inform and drive initiatives and strategies.
  • Provide reporting for the People & Culture Director and the Board.
  • Support the recruitment of key roles within business functions as needed.
  • Lead benefits and rewards initiatives, including the annual salary review process.
  • Manage the People & Culture Advisor and Coordinator, fostering their growth through documented plans and providing opportunities for development.

  • Culture Ambassador. Act as a champion for values and culture.
