Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working with this North Wales based Contractor, in supporting their recruitment for a QS to join the business
Based in Northwest Wales, you'll be joining a leading Construction Contractor who are currently embracing a sustained period of growth, which has led to a hugely exciting time for the business
They are looking for an experienced QS / Senior QS who can support their commercial team, specifically with JCT contractual experience, and experience working on Commercial projects
Typical project values are anywhere from 500k to 2/3m, and you will have full autonomy managing pre-contract and post-contract works.
You'll have experience of producing tenders and pricing works, so you'll need to be able to juggle your workload accordingly and carryout the full suite of Commercial works
