We are delighted to be partnering with this Global Technology business in their search for a proactive People Advisor to join the wider People team in a leading Advisory position.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administration and advisory support on processes such as onboarding, offboarding, changes in terms, holiday management, benefits, and salary/bonus adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS, ensuring the integrity of all records.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes, policies, and documentation to align with best practices and legal standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex queries, offering mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Support managers with employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and flexible working arrangements, while assessing and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage cases of long-term sickness, arranging welfare meetings, occupational health referrals, and advising on return-to-work plans or capability processes.
  • Provide guidance on parental leave matters, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.
  • Lead and participate in key People Strategy projects such as Employee Engagement Surveys and external accreditations like Investors in People.
