Senior Benefits Analyst - EMEA - UK /Remote
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Senior Benefits Analyst with extensive knowledge and experience of EMEA and UK wide benefits to support a large Tech Corporate in London.
This is a 9 month PAYE role and you can work fully remotely, in the UK.
- Lead the benefits administration for 9 EU countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Sweden); with a heavy focus on UK
- Benefits renewals / Audit of benefits communications
- Communications around enrolment periods and any changes that employees need to know about (EMEA and UK )
- Understand the differences and nuances between the US/UK market and all other EU countries. Operations, administration, and policy development
Essential:
- Benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe
- Benefits renewals/ Enrolment communications
- Benefits operations and policy development
- Supporting the EU and UK market
- Liaise with US teams/ East coast time zone
- Used to a fast-paced environment
- Well versed in supporting benefits for a variety of EU countries
- Organized and detail oriented
- Culturally sensitive and open minded (working with people in various countries)
- Able to navigate the unknown and come up with potential alternative solutions to present to the business
