Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Head of Finance to provide insight into the business's financial performance.
- Drive efficiencies within the management accounting and revenue assurance team.
- Produce monthly management accounts & monthly financial KPIs.
- Ensure full revenue reconciliations are completed and all supplier costs are recharged.
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and the Operations Director
- Manage payroll and commission calculations within the finance team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Essential: ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Experience in revenue accounting
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant role
- A sharp analytical mind and a passion for uncovering insights
- A natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong initiative and a drive to succeed
- A keen awareness of the importance of margins and revenue assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
