RG Consultancy are working with an excellent construction company based in the Bolton area who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This business have been established for a number of years and have an excellent reputation within the sector.
This Purchase Ledger Clerk role would report the Accounts Supervisor and would be responsible for:
- Processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Entering of delivery notes
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Setting up new suppliers
- Resolution of supplier queries
- Liaising with other departments as required
- Updating the cashbook and petty cash entries
This role would be ideal for someone with experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk in a busy accounts office and experience within construction with knowledge of the CIS scheme would be an advantage.
