Job Description – TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER
This fantastic company, are looking for an experienced Technical Services Engineer to join the
team.
As a business they design, install, maintain, and support high-level CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms
Security Systems.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Advanced Technical knowledge on Access Control Systems – Gallagher, Avigilon, Paxton
Maxxess & Reader Technologies
2. Advanced Technical knowledge on IP CCTV Systems – Avigilon, Milestone, Hanwha, IDIS
3. Advanced Technical knowledge with IP Networks
4. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft programs & Servers
5. Effective communication skills
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. High Level Customer & Engineering Technical Support – Remote & On-site
2. Pre-Configuration of systems
3. Testing & Commissioning
4. Callouts & Repairs
5. User Training
6. Assisting in Designing New Systems & Tenders
7. Designing secure & stable Networks
8. R&D on new Technologies
9. Maintaining System Servers & Workstations
10. Software & Firmware upgrades on Security Systems & Windows appliances
PACKAGE
1. Annual Leave – 30 days including Bank Holidays
2. Private Healthcare (upon successful completion of 6-months' probation)

8. Salary – 38k- 52k PA Basic – Dependent on experience
