Search Consultancy in Glasgow are currently recruiting for 2 experienced housekeepers to work with one of our 5 star luxury clients within the St Andrews Area on a Permanent basis.
Contract : Full Time - Permanent Role.
Shift Pattern : Rota Based - Will include some weekends.
Duties:
- Welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supervising a large team of Room Attendants and ensuring that the high standards of cleanliness and luxury are kept at all times.
- Delivering daily briefings with the team, highlighting VIP's and setting daily initiatives and tasks to do.
- Ensuring that you have attention to detail, to help drive cleanliness and presentation results for the guests.
- Developing your communication skills and liaise with other departments in the hotel, to help deliver a fantastic service to all the guests
- Ensuring guests receive a clean and comfortable room
- Teaching and Coaching Room Attendants throughout the days and providing feedback to help their quality of their work
- Ensuring that your Organisation and Time Management skills is efficient
- Ensuring guests have a positive memorable experience

The successful candidate must have experience within housekeeping before and have experienced working within a 5 star luxury hotel.
