Couple Job
Greycoat Lumley's client are seeking an experienced Couple for their private estate in the Oban, Scotland area. The Couple will maintain the buildings and gardens of the highest and most enduring quality. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working on the estate.
Duties Include:
- Housekeeping
- Deep cleaning
- Looking after and catering for the owner and his family/guests when in residence
- Shopping for food - Cooking would be an advantage
- Preparing the house for visitors
- Driving duties
- Security on the estate - making sure all buildings are secure and locked at the appropriate times
- General property maintenance - regular checks of gutters/drains/flat roof gulleys
- Simple repairs and maintenance
- Painting inside and outside
- Window cleaning and repairing broken window panes and frames
- Light bulb replacement, maintaining domestic equipment
- Mowing the lawns and strimming, hedge cutting, brush-cutting, keeping paths, weeding gravel
- Maintain the log store and laying/clearing fires
- Clearing drains and basic gardening duties, including planters
- Processing fire wood
- Maintaining a clean beach
- Maintaining the Hot Tub
- Opening, feeding, cleaning and locking up the chickens
Accommodation: 2 bedroom cottage, council tax and utility bills are covered - 1 pet is welcome
Start: ASAP
Salary: £60,000 GPA
