What You'll Do:
- Analyse & Report: Prepare and analyse weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports.
- Post-Event Insights: Conduct post-event and promotion analyses to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Trend Forecasting: Compile in-depth seasonal product reviews and forecast trends to inform product development.
- Website Analysis: Conduct monthly website analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analyses to support product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Assortment Planning: Develop assortment plans based on Open-To-Buy parameters and prepare product selection for orders.
- Presentation Prep: Prepare seasonal buy review presentations and manage post-order confirmation processes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing to develop launch-specific plans and coordinate with operations for delivery schedules.
- In-Season Adjustments: Evaluate in-season buy adjustments and oversee allocations to e-commerce channels.
- Inventory Management: Plan and execute replenishments and prepare monthly inventory progression reports.
- Promotion Strategy: Strategise promotions and discounts to meet revenue and inventory objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years' experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools, excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
