Recruitment Consultant - 360
Location - Cheltenham
Commission up to 30% no caps or thresholds
3pm finish on Fridays - 37.5 hours a week contract
Owen Daniels are a provider of STEM Recruitment solutions headquartered in Surrey with offices in Cheltenham and Birmingham. Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team in Cheltenham.
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for both business development of vacancies and sourcing of candidates, working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
Your job will be to deliver a full life-cycle experience to clients with permanent and/or contract recruitment requirements, locally in the South West and also across the UK.
Skills Aptitude:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within a STEM or Engineering/Manufacturing recruitment environment
- Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative
- Proactive and a self- starter
Duties
- Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
- On boarding of vacancies through both your own lead generation and leads generated by the business
- Sourcing of candidates for vacancies through job boards, internal database and LinkedIn
- Building a strong rapport with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
- Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
