Broster Buchanan are working with a established SME manufacturing organisation to recruit for a Head of Finance to be based in Coventry
As Head of Finance you will lead a dynamic finance team, overseeing daily finances and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate & timely financial reports
- Lead monthly budgeting and forecasts
- Cashflow management
- Implement & enforce robust internal controls
- Oversee a small finance team
- Lead on the annual financial audit with support from the Finance Director
The successful candidate will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with strong technical and IT skills. The role requires an effective team manager, who is a strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail.
