We are now looking for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager, you'll receive first-class training while supporting Site Managers in overseeing exciting construction projects from start to finish.

You'll be involved in monitoring project progress, maintaining site safety and ensuring top-notch work, all while learning how to manage resources (that's people and materials) effectively.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll learn how to supervise personnel, subcontractors and site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high-quality standards.

From maintaining site presentation and security to helping manage materials and stock, you'll gain all the knowledge needed to keep a construction site running efficiently.

About You

To be considered as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager, you will need:

- Emergency First Aid at Work training
- Fire Warden Training
- Scaffold Awareness Training
- Banksman Training
- To be working towards an NVQ Level 4 qualification

The closing date for this role is 9th October 2024.
