As a Hire Desk Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our hire desk team, responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Scheduling: Planning and managing daily workloads to ensure the efficient allocation of cranes and personnel.
  • Coordination: Coordinating with logistics and site staff to ensure timely and accurate job execution.
