This company is a prestigious organisation that specialises in providing consultancy and advisory services to their clients. With their head office in the City of London, they are looking for a Team Assistant to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team as they go through the process of reshaping elements of their business support structure. This role will commence on an interim basis for the duration of the summer with the view to then re-assess in the early autumn.

Your new role
As a Team Assistant within the business, this role will involve providing support to multiple Directors by way of:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Processing expenses
  • Meeting organisation and assisting with events management
  • Document preparation including letters, meeting notes, agendas, reports, presentation slides, etc.
  • Assist with office facility tasks when required, e.g. reception cover, placing stationery/catering supply orders, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant would be advantageous but not vital. Solid administrative experience is necessary.
