Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for key accounts where you will work as part of the team behind turning email enquiries into successful corporate meeting and events
  • Speaking to key corporate clients to discuss their enquiries in detail before providing custom proposals, with the goal being to convert enquiries in to bookings to hand across to the meeting and events planning team

Experience:

  • This role would really suit someone with experience in event sales, planning and coordination
  • You are confident and able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and guests through your excellent communication skills
  • You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
  • Demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
