Asbestos Surveyor - Wembley
£30,000 - £38,000
With over 20 years trading experience, our client has grown to become one of the UK's leading asbestos management consultancies, delivering excellent and complete surveying, analytical and consultancy services across the UK and afar.
The work tends to be more social housing currently, but they do also offer some commercial work for their Asbestos Surveyors. They will be able to provide additional training and the opportunity to progress as years of service are implemented.
I have been on the phone this week in talks with Penguins client about the need for an Asbestos Surveyor within Essex. It is of great importance that they take someone on board as they have up and coming projects within London that they will need more hands to complete.

Responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor:
- Perform asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, Demolition).
- Collect and analyse bulk samples.
- Create and deliver survey reports promptly.
- Communicate regularly with clients and team.
- Stay updated on asbestos health and safety laws.
- Maintain a professional image for the company.
Requirements to be an Asbestos Surveyor:
- BOHS P402 certification.
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification survey experience.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
- Flexible working and IT proficiency, including TEAMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
