My client are a team of highly motivated specialists and are looking for people who can take on an active caseload and provide expert legal advice, whilst also benefitting from the high quality training and supervision on offer from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.
The successful candidate can expect to provide strategic advise in a number of key areas including:
- General land law
- Partnerships
- Collaboration agreements
- Build contractss106 agreements
- Site set up
- Plot sales
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience (but NQ's with strong experience will also be considered).
Salary: £36000 - £44000 depending on experience
