Our client is a prestigious production and engineering company currently looking to recruit within their close knit and friendly sales and administration team on a permanent basis just outside of Chester. The working hours are flexible and could be worked around school hours or similar.
Duties will include:
- Provide daily maintenance of the in-house customer and prospect database, managing, organising, and updating relevant data.
- Type and word-process quotations and sales documentation to a high standard.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers' quotations
- Manage order processing and inputting of sales orders
- Maintain records, files and archives for sales department
You will need:
- Previous administration experience
- A hands on attitude, willing to assist in the team as required
- Excellent attention to detail

- Part-time hours 30 p/w Monday to Friday - 5 days per week, flexible working hours to suit
