Location: Hybrid - Huddersfield / Home

Salary: £23,000 per annum, plus commission

The Role

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a friendly and motivated individual to join them as a telephony Sales Adviser. This will initially be a temporary 6 month role with a possible opportunity to become permanent.

You'll play a vital role in expanding their membership base and connecting with potential clients.

Working with the organisation you'll be working for one of the UK's Best Financial Services Companies, according to Best Companies, who also rated them "outstanding" for their levels of staff engagement.

In this role, you'll have the chance to showcase your sales skills to meet revenue targets by contacting booking appointments for their Regional Managers. Their CRM database will be your ally in identifying prospects, engaging in meaningful conversations, and updating essential information to keep things running smoothly.

As you grow in this role, you'll become well-versed in the intermediary sector of the UK financial services industry, giving you the knowledge and opportunity to take other roles within the business as many of your new colleagues have.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You will need to have a great telephone manner as well as a drive for results.
  • If you have experience in telesales, that's a definite plus but whilst experience is preferred it is not mandatory

They will provide all of the training you need and once you are up and running, you'll also have the flexibility to work from home at either their Huddersfield headquarters or their Glasgow regional office.
