Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND,
  • Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students in the classroom
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages the growth of all students.
  • Help manage behaviour and ensure a safe and supportive classroom experience.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience working with children

Qualifications: A psychology degree or similar background in mental health, education, or child development is advantageous**.**

Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to apply psychological knowledge in supporting diverse learning needs.

DBS: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
