Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working with a business who specialise in a range of health and safety services within the work place in a business to business environment.
This is a well established business who has been around for over 25 years and have organically grown over that time.
They pride themselves in looking after their staff and have a fantastic management team who support, develop and value each employee in their teams.
They are now seeking an Account Manager to join them permanently and can offer full or part time hours between 25 – 40 hours a week.

he Role of an Account Manager:
- To be a responsible point of contact for large customer accounts to pick up any queries, issues, amendments and to ensure the smooth running of the account
- To work to agreed customer SLA's
- To upsell other areas of the business to maximise the growth of your customer accounts
- Preparing quotations (training will be provided in line with the companies services)
- Ensuring there is clear communication between other internal teams
- To always have a clear understanding of the clients requirements
- Problem solving any complaints and seeing it through to resolution
