Responsibilities of this role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and family circumstances.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with children, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Provide support and guidance to children and families to enhance their resilience and well-being.
- Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, reviews, and case conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with legal and organisational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure holistic support for children and families.
- Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
