Our client, a growing embedded investment platform, is looking for a Junior Analyst to join their SIPP Operations team on a full-time permanent basis in Bath (no experience required).
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting delivery of the SIPP team's operational outcomes so service targets are met, and industry standards maintained. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of our regular SIPP processes, ensuring completion to the highest standard
- Delivering great operational service to our customers, bringing your expertise to solve tricky problems, and help to resolve live issues?
- Recommending steps for improvement needed for day to day processing to help prepare us for scale
- Collaborating with the rest of our operations team, alongside our product and engineering teams to solve live customer issues and deliver great end-customer outcomes
- Assisting with regulatory reporting submissions for the Seccl SIPP
Your Skills:
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- You have a willingness and desire to learn Python, JSON and REST APIs
- You are a self-starter who takes a high level of ownership for delivering the best outcomes for our clients?
