Salary: Up to £45k + Commission
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to specialize in both buy-to-let and residential mortgage products. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice, and securing the best mortgage deals to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized mortgage advice for both buy-to-let and residential properties.
- Research and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders to find the most suitable options for clients.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and lending criteria affecting buy-to-let and residential mortgages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a focus on both buy-to-let and residential mortgages.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CeMAP) are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and the application process.
