Key Responsibilities:
Customer Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
Customer Feedback: Seek and collect customer feedback through phone, survey and emails to create compelling case studies and testimonial
CRM Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate and current customer information.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating engaging sales decks and presentations.
Analytics Gathering: Collect and analyse marketing and sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.
Proofing: Proof-reading marketing material
My client is ideally looking for a degree in marketing but will also consider an ambitious graduate with a passion for marketing. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite and have a natural ability to multitask.
