We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Residential Property team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment within a well-established law firm in Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Residential Property team
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, and forms (including Land Registry and SDLT submissions)
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties by phone and email
- Assisting with file management and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in a Residential Property department
- Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
- A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience
