JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Bristol City Centre - Hybrid
Salary: Circa £25K
Hours: Full Time

IDEAL APPLICANTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial Property department
- Has high standard of client care and relations
- Experience with Land Registry
- LPC/Law Degree/CILEX or be willing to work towards Paralegal qualification.
DUTIES:
- General Adhoc administrative and support tasks and assisting fee earners
- New enquiries
- Fee Earning under supervision
- Drafting documents, drafting reports, obtaining documents from the Land Registry.
- Ordering searches
