Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting our fast growing client in recruiting two People Advisors into the HR Shared Services team on a 6 month FTC basis. Working within a team of eight within the HR Shared Services team, the roles support the business across the employee lifecycle, delivering HR transactional administrative work.
The role will support regional management teams with the starter and leaver process, basic contractual changes, updating and maintaining HR records on HRIS and monitoring the shared inbox.
Key Background:
?? HR Graduate or strong Customer Service experience with CIPD
?? Some experience ideally operating across the employee life-cycle.
?? Good written and verbal communication skills
?? Brilliant planning skills to achieve multiple goals within timescales.
?? Solid IT skills - Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint including mail merges.
?? Previous experience of working with HR Information ideal.
?? Be detail orientated
