Great opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator used to working with corporate Company providing a great first customer experience.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the reception area, providing an excellent service
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the organisation, announcing their arrival
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring caller to relevant staff member
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including general correspondence
  • Managing diary schedules for management team and arranging meetings
  • Assisting with admin duties as required to help out
  • Controlling stationery and office supplies, purchasing new requirements
  • Inputting accurate data onto database and maintaining/updating when needed
