Accommodation Support Officer - 12 Week Contract
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
Must have a Full driving license & own vehicle
£13.96 per hour
A local housing association are searching for an Accommodation Support Officer to join their team on a 12 week placement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all temporary accommodation is fully equipped, clean and in good repair
- Find suitable alternative accommodation for households
- Conduct contracts for the temporary accommodation
- Make customers aware of their responsibilities
- Liaise closely with third party legal providers for clear instruction on court cases and legal action
- Support customers moving into temporary accommodation
- Ad-hoc duties
