Receptionist Office Clerk.
We have a vacancy for a receptionist to join a friendly firm of accountants.
This is a full time position.
Duties
As the receptionist you will be answering the phones and directing the callers to the appropriate departments, welcoming visitors to the firm and arranging taxis to collect and bring office papers, inputting data into the computer and downloading emails, ordering stationary and arranging boardroom meetings. The position is interesting and varied and has free parking and excellent benefits.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist is an advantage and must have keyboard/computer Skills.
