Databuzz is presently seeking an experienced candidate for a DevOps Engineer role with one of our clients located in London.
About the Client:
Our client is a sports tech company that leverages AI and expert knowledge to offer data and analysis, addressing performance and commercial challenges in the sports and media industries.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an individual who shares a passion for both sports and analytics and is enthusiastic about exploring their intersection. The ideal candidate should have a background in problem-solving, DevOps engineering, and effective communication, in this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to address challenges and support decision-makers across the sports industry, including elite professional teams, leagues, and broadcasters, by delivering robust and highly scalable solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience of 4+ Years in AWS cloud services.
- Strong experience in using systems like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Excellent Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
- Extensive familiarity with CI/CD tooling and workflows.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python
- Solid knowledge with code versioning control procedures and techniques using GitHub and GitHub Flow.
- Working Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
