An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and competent Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join an international team within a global investment firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. This role offers a competitive benefits package including discretionary bonus, pension, health & dental insurance, and lunch and refreshments provided when in the office.

This role requires a candidate to be in the office 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday 5 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Manage and organise internal/external meetings and conferences for the wider team across all time zones
  • Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail/packages/deliveries
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Senior management
  • Provide administrative support to managers, other employees, and office visitors
  • Assist Accounts with supplier invoice management
  • Control office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

What you will bring

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator/ Executive Assistant
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Secretarial/Administration Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

This role requires a candidate to be in the office 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday 5 days a week in the office.
