**The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of multiple residential developments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets and costs
- Working closely with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
- Conducting regular valuations, cost reports, and forecasting
- Managing subcontractor procurement, agreements, and payments
- Handling cost variations and resolving any financial issues
- Supporting the project team in delivering homes on time and within budget
**Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential housebuilding sector is essential
- Proven track record of delivering accurate costings and budgets on housing developments
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management processes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying software and MS Office
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
