The Opportunity:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support professional to join a busy team within a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services who enjoys client interaction and delivering outstanding support.
Role Overview:
- Handle inbound and outbound client contact via calls, emails, online messaging, and post.
- Provide support and guidance on online investment portals, mobile apps, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.
- Manage and document client requests in line with established SLAs.
- Actively participate in improving processes and client service quality.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and meet SLAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
