Legal Cashier Role Overview
I am looking for a Legal Cashier to join my City Centre clients friendly Cashiering Team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a minimum of 12 Months experience in a legal account's capacity (billings, purchase ledger, administration) who is looking to develop themselves further in the Legal Accounts field.

This role will be office based and so applicants will need to be comfortable with working in the City Centre between 0900-1730 Mon – Friday.
Legal Cashier Job Description:
Working alongside the Finance Team to complete the following transactions.
- Issuing cheques.
- Processing and posting of banking information.
- Posting incoming telegraphic transfers.
- Processing debit and credit card payments.
- Assisting other Cashiers where necessary with wider finance duties
- Processing of bills and invoices.
- Process client to office transfers.
- Importing and posting purchase ledger invoices
- Completing charge write offs as required.
- Deposit transfers.
- General transactions and office duties as required.
Legal Cashier Required Experience:
- 12 Months + Legal Cashiering or Accounts or Administration experience (within a Legal organisation)
- Committed to developing within a legal accounts career path.
- The ability to support and work alongside a friendly and motivated team.
- Excellent communication skills – The ability to communicate confidently via telephone, email, and face to face.
- Good computerised systems skills and excel competency.
- Happy to work in an office-based role.
- A positive and motivated personality.
- A desire to develop within a Legal Accounting role.
