Executive Summary:
Based at a busy young person's service, you would be working within an emergency accommodation project for young care leavers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be on hand to support young people and carry out welfare checks
- Alongside a concierge worker, support the safety of the young people
- Carry out building checks
- Create a detailed handover for day staff
- Monitor who accessing the building and keep a log on the visitors' book
- Be on hand to support in a crisis and make the relevant calls to the on-call manager if required
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in supported housing management
- Enhanced DBS Check
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
