Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Maidenhead are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent customer care advisor. The position will be full time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. You will need to work in the office every day. The position will be temping until approx. the end of the year with a view to go permanent in January 2025.

Key duties include:

  • Communicating with clients
  • Managing bookings
  • Communicating with the team and delegate network
  • Receiving inbound calls and emails to assist with existing bookings
  • Updating weekly trackers to to assist team leader with reporting
  • Assisting with monitoring the booking system
  • Booking and confirming venues and ensuring they have the correct facilities

Key skills required:

  • Outstanding communication
  • Good general administration skills
  • excellent organisational skills and a team work ethic
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Have a can do attitude
  • Have excellent customer service skills
