PLC Commissioning Engineer Ipswich Salary up to £50,000

CV Screen is recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business, providing sustainable products across the UK. The role is based between their Ipswich and Lowestoft sites, with occasional international travel required.

COMPANY DETAILS:

This British company develops a range of innovative sustainable packaging products. They are now looking for a Commissioning Engineer to come on board and join the team, contributing to the on-going success of this ever growing business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the commissioning process for new repeat-build machines.
  • Supervise the installation and validation of upgrades on machines.
  • Document Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
  • Develop and update related documentation.
  • Manage and revise logs of machine settings and modifications.
  • Analyze machine performance data.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent knowledge of electromechanical systems.
  • Electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in PLCs.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
  • Knowledge of motor drive technologies.

LOCATION
Ipswich/Lowestoft - With occasional international travel.

SALARY / BENEFITS

  • Salary up to £50,000
  • 5% Pension contribution
  • 25 days holiday + BH
