PLC Commissioning Engineer Ipswich Salary up to £50,000
CV Screen is recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business, providing sustainable products across the UK. The role is based between their Ipswich and Lowestoft sites, with occasional international travel required.
COMPANY DETAILS:
This British company develops a range of innovative sustainable packaging products. They are now looking for a Commissioning Engineer to come on board and join the team, contributing to the on-going success of this ever growing business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the commissioning process for new repeat-build machines.
- Supervise the installation and validation of upgrades on machines.
- Document Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Develop and update related documentation.
- Manage and revise logs of machine settings and modifications.
- Analyze machine performance data.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of electromechanical systems.
- Electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering experience.
- Proficiency in PLCs.
- Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of motor drive technologies.
LOCATION
Ipswich/Lowestoft - With occasional international travel.
SALARY / BENEFITS
- Salary up to £50,000
- 5% Pension contribution
