Macildowie Finance are working with a business based in North Leicestershire to recruit for a Management Accountant on a 12 month FTC basis. Our client is a growing, industry leading business who are looking for a maternity cover Management Accountant.
This role is a key position within the finance team, with the main function of this role being to produce the monthly management accounts both accurately and timely.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and reconciliation of balance sheet
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Collation of weekly and monthly payroll data
- Submission of quarterly VAT returns
- Development of financial controls
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Experience in a similar management accounts focused role
- Accountancy qualification Part/Finalist ACCA/CIMA
- Confident Excel skills
- Clear communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
